Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Rhonda made Florida her home for many years. She will be remembered for her free spirit, love of motorcycles, and her quiet joy in watching cardinals and owls. A spirited and devoted bingo player, she brought laughter and warmth wherever she went.
A celebration of life service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday October 18, 2025 at St. Johns Family Funeral Home. A visitation, beginning at 2:00 p.m., will precede the service.
Rhonda is survived by her loving husband, Steven Albertson of Jacksonville; her mother, Sharon Conlin of St. Augustine; her son, Ronnie Stewart of Shreveport, Louisiana; her sister, Paula Kaye Sims; her brother, Ronald Scott Dobbs, both of St. Augustine; five cherished grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Angela Marie Cosby Jones.
Rhonda's vibrant personality, loyalty to family, and generous heart will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
