Ricarda LaVelle Obituary
She was born March 1, 1951, in McKees Rocks, a daughter of the late William and Ann Husava Meehan.
She was a graduate of Sto-Rox High School and received her associate degree at Harmarville Technical School.
Ricarda was a member of Our Lady of Fatima in Hopewell.
Surviving are three children, Julie Acor (Robert) of Houston, Dina Fidell (Brian) of Oakdale and Matthew LaVelle (Erika) of Pittsburgh; seven grandchildren, Austin Fidell (fiancée Amela), Nathan and Cole Fidell, Madison and Keely Acor and Kacey and Thomas LaVelle; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, four brothers, William, Randolph, Joseph and Gregory Meehan are deceased.
No services are scheduled. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd.
