Richard James Arbuckle 83, of Arnold, died Friday June 27, 2025 in UPMC St. Margaret Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born in New Kensington on January 2, 1942 to the late Roy A. and Concetta Santa Maria Arbuckle and was a life long resident of Arnold. Mr. Arbuckle was the foreman for City of Arnold Street Department for 30 years. He enjoyed gardening, working outside, golfing, playing softball, singing, and was an avid sports fan, especially college sports. He also enjoyed camping with his late wife and his dog Lucky. He is survived by his three children Richard (Diana) Arbuckle, Kimberly Joyce (Donald) Waltenbaugh both of New Kensington, Tracy Lynn (Anthony) Paradise of Leechburg, grandchildren Ricky, Jordan, Zachary, Austin (Aubrey) Alexandria, Chloe (Wyatt), Lucciano, step grandchildren Joshua, Amber (Brad), Michael and Nicholas, numerous great grandchildren, brothers Robert (Lorraine) Arbuckle of Plum Boro. and James (Diana) Arbuckle of Elderton, PA. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Darlene Bellini Arbuckle, and brothers Roy A. and Andrew J. Arbuckle. Friends will be received Tuesday from 4 PM until time of funeral service at 7 PM by Rev. Harold Mele at THE RUSIEWICZ OF ARNOLD FUNERAL HOME, 1400 5th Ave. at 14th St. Burial will be private in Union Cemetery, Arnold. www.RusiewiczFH.com
