Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel, 8900 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022 at 10:00 am. Interment Arlington Chizuk Amuno Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to The Fred M. Bart Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Chizuk Amuno Congregation, 8100 Stevenson Road, Baltimore, MD 21208. The family will be in mourning at Woodholme Country Club, 300 Woodholme Avenue, Pikesville, Maryland 21208, Wednesday following interment until 6:00 pm, with the service at 5:00 pm.

Richard was a buddy of mine back in the late 60's. We hung out quite a bit. I always remember when he got his 67 Mustang and drove it to my house. Such fun times! I had a band called the Mystics and Richard would often come to our jobs and hang out. He also date a neighbor of mine, Lynn Caplan. Richard was such a friendly guy, and we always had a great time with him. My deepest condolences to his family. We will miss him.
