PEMBROKE Richard W. Batsche, 85, of Pembroke, passed away surrounded by family on Thursday, August 25, 2022.
Born on May 26, 1937 in Long Island, NY he was the son of the late George and Josephine Batsche.
Richard worked for many years as a roofer until his retirement and relocated first to Florida and later to New Hampshire. While in New York he was a Volunteer Fire Fighter for over 40 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and fixing things around the house.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, George Batsche and a sister, Jean Pillar.
He is survived by his wife, Marion (Williams) Batsche of Pembroke, with whom he shared 61 years of marriage, daughters, Tinamarie Bagley and her husband Edward of Pembroke and Gabrielle Dieffenbach and her husband Reed of Dunbarton as well as three grandchildren, Anthony, Zoe and Sage.
