Richard Joshua Bosque, 38, passed away on February 8, 2025, in Kingston, New York. Born on December 23, 1986, in Beacon, New York, he was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend whose presence left a lasting impact on those who knew him.
Richard was known for his infectious laughter and a smile that could light up any room. He had a courageous spirit and a deep sense of loyalty to those he loved. His greatest joy in life was being a father to his beautiful daughter, Jordynn.
A man of many interests and talents, Joshua had an incredible mind for numbers and a passion for history. He enjoyed watching game shows and engaging in spirited debates. Music played a significant role in his life; he loved to rap/freestyle as a way to express himself freely and without judgment. His personality was unforgettable - his humor and warmth left an impression on everyone he met.
Richard is survived by his loving parents, Carmen Paneto and Richard Bosque Jr.; his cherished daughter, Jordynn B.; and his brothers and sisters Natasha B., Matthew P., Savannah S., Kayla B., Julia B., Russell D., and Leann D. He also leaves behind numerous nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, and cousins who will forever hold him in their hearts.
A wake will be held on February 18, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, located at 2 Beekman St., Beacon, NY 12508. Following the service, there will be candle lighting and balloon release at Long Dock (Riverfront) in Beacon, NY. After a repass will take place at 816 Route 52 Fishkill, NY 12524.
Joshua's memory will live on through the love he shared with his family and friends. May his laughter continue to echo in the hearts of those who knew him.
