Richard Bulger Obituary
78, of West Leechburg, died Tuesday February 24, 2026 in his home. He was born in Arnold on April 26, 1947 to the late Edward L. Bulger Sr. and Fronnie Makara Bulger and has been a resident of West Leechburg for the past four years since moving from Allegheny Twp.
Mr. Bulger was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and worked as a millwright for Allegheny Ludlum in Brackenridge. He was a member of the Catholic Faith as well as the Lower Burrell American Legion 868. He enjoyed going to car shows with his 1969 Pontiac GTO, practicing his faith, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years Penny Lee Provias Bulger, son Thomas Maksimchuk of New Kensington, daughter Deanna Bulger (fiancé Damia Rimmel) of West Leechburg and grandson Emmet Rimmel.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Edward L. Bulger Jr.
