Richard Charter Obituary

Richard was born May 21, 1958 in Gouverneur, the son of the late Lyndon and Alice (Gladden) Charter and attended schools in Gouverneur. On February 23, 1980, he married Patti R. George and were blessed with 3 children.
Throughout his life, Richard worked construction and had a great love for car mechanics. He also loved guitars.
Richard is survived by his wife, Patti; his children, Tara Robinson, Joshua and Dillon Charter; his grandchildren, Hoby and Jayden Robinson; his sister, Donna Parker; his brother, Kevin Charter; his half brothers, Mark and Matt Charter; and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the care and guidance of the Donaldson-Seymour Funeral Home, Potsdam, however there will be no services.
