Richard Joseph Constantine III, 70 years old, passed away at TriStar Medical Center in Hermitage, TN in the afternoon hours on Thursday, June 8th, 2023. He was born on May 9th 1953 in Louisville, Kentucky to Mary Jo An Vest and Richard Constantine Jr.
Richard had a culinary passion and never backed down from a challenge in the kitchen. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Richard was a compassionate and charismatic individual. He never met a stranger he couldn't talk too.
Richard was a chef at the Galt House, Big Springs Country Club, and Lady Fingers Catering. He taught culinary classes at Sullivan University.
Richard is predeceased by his son, Ryan Constantine; parents, Dick Constantine and JoAnn Constantine; brothers; Frank Constantine and Greg Constantine; brother-in-law, Victor Gural.
Left to cherish his memory; children, Joey Constantine (Katie), Meghan Fischer (Jake), and Erika Taylor; grandchildren, Skylar Byington (Nate), Leo Taylor and Logan Taylor; sisters, Pam Gural, Tina Forsting (Bob), and Debbie Lampe (Pat).
Services will be held at the Highlands Funeral Home located at 3331 Taylorsville Rd, Louisville, KY 40205. Visitation will be on Monday, June 12th from 1:00pm - 5:00pm. His funeral service will follow the visitation at 5:00pm.

Dear cousin pam and family, I was so sorry to hear about Ricky. Ricky was such a wonderful and kind person. I know that he is up in Heaven with his family and loved ones. Also, I was so sorry to hear about Greg. He was also a wonderful person
