Richard J.W. Crosby of Stoughton MA. passed away August 29th 2023. Richard was born in Malden Ma, the son of Richard Crosby and the late Linda (King) Crosby.
Richard attended Baker High School in Mobile AL. Known as 'Chichie' to close family, he loved his family and friends and any animal or pet he encountered. He was intelligent and caring, with a sarcastic sense of humor and a smile and laugh that made others want to smile and laugh with him. He enjoyed fishing and photography. He also liked to collect crystals and rocks that he thought 'looked cool', and would give them to people he loved.
Preceded in death by sister Rachel Wells.
Richard is survived by his father Richard, his siblings Jessica Bartlett, Robert Hodgson, Sarah Madden and her husband Robert and their son Seth. His Grammy Irene Crosby (Grimace), Uncle Kyle Crosby and his wife Wendy. Uncle Todd Crosby and wife Leah. Auntie Helen Torode, Aunt Sarah (Torode) Tilley and husband Chris. Cousins Justin Crosby, Kali Crosby and Raquel Gilboy. As well as many other Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends
Funeral services will be held from the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St, Malden on Wednesday September 6th at 10am Interment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
A night of visitation will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday September 5th from 6-8pm
