HIGH POINT - Richard Albert Daddis, 93, died Monday, October 13, 2025, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.

He was born April 2, 1932, in Belleville, New Jersey, and was the son of the late Emanuel Albert "Manny" D'Addio (Daddis) and Bridget Adele "Della" Neilan Daddis. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked as a sales representative in the gaming and lottery industry for many years.

In addition to his parents, his was preceded in death by his step-mother, Mary Josephine Demarco Daddis; a granddaughter, Kimberly Daddis; a sister, Barbara Sharon Childers; and a brother, Ronald Eugene Daddis.

Richard is survived by his wife, Arlene June Crutts Daddis, whom he married on October 10, 1951; six children, Deborah Lin Beuchel of Goyton, Georgia, Richard "Rick" Albert Daddis, Jr. (Ellen) of Florida, Doreen Adele Daddis of California, Randall "Randy" Lee Daddis (Maggie) of Milford, Pennsylvania, Darcee Lee Daddis of High Point and Ronald "Ron" Scott Daddis (Sue) of Dunn; fifteen grandchildren, Michael Beuchel, Danny Tomlinson, Tony Daddis, Ricky A. Daddis III, Kristen O'Conner, Tabitha Ann Daddis, Steven Rudick, Nicole Marie Bertelson, Shane Everett, Rachel Marie Smith, Warren Kelly Smith, Alexander Richard Smith, Daniel Thomas Smith, Casey Emanuel Daddis and Shannon Lee Daddis; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister, Jacqueline Cecil Mortell; and several nieces and nephews,
