Survived by his mother, Carolyn Jean Heim; son, Carson James (Jack Choate) DeMuth; significant other, Grace G. Lewis; sister, Julie Ann DeMuth; family friend, Cindie L. Laubach; step-mother, Patricia Ann (Harold) DeMuth Bartel; step-brother, Paul (Kris) Luebke; nieces, Allison Luebke, Lyndsey Luebke; beloved feline companion, Darkstar Romeo DeMuth; friends, Gary of Appleton, WI, Karen Demerath.
A memorial has been established with: American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Ste. 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
Richard loved to tie-dye anything and everything. He loved crafting, woodworking, and caring for the neighborhood cats. In addition, he was an avid lover of the Grateful Dead. Richard's family would like to thank the staff at Fresenius Kidney Care and Dr. Lisa Weber for their continued care.
