Richard Stanley Dial

Richard "Stan" Stanley Dial, beloved brother, uncle, and friend, was born on August 1, 1957, in Huntsville, Texas, to Arvalee Dial and Florine Countryman Dial. He passed away peacefully on February 12, 2026, in Groveton, Texas, at the age of 68.
Stan loved life and found joy in the simple moments shared with his family and friends. He especially cherished the lifelong bond he shared with his twin brother and best friend, Stephen Dial. The two were inseparable and spent their days enjoying one another's company, laughing, and creating memories that brought warmth and happiness to all who knew them. Together, they delighted in spoiling their niece, nephews, great-nephews, and great-nieces, always ensuring their family felt loved and supported.
Stan is preceded in death by his father, Arvalee Dial; mother, Florine Dial; and twin brother, Stephen Dial.
He is survived by his loving sister, Sonya Dial; brother, Stuart Dial, and wife, Carol Dial; niece, Autumn Dial Persons, and husband, Dusten Persons; nephew, Stuart Lee Dial II, and wife, Jacquline Dial; nephew, William Stanley Dial, and wife, Tiffany Dial; along with a host of great-nephews, great-nieces, other relatives, and dear friends who will carry his memory in their hearts.
Stan's warmth, humor, and kind spirit touched the lives of many. His memory will continue to inspire love, laughter, and family unity.
