John spent his early years in California and graduated from high school in Brawley, California. He built a successful career in the telecommunications industry, dedicating over three decades to companies such as Mountain Bell, U.S. West, and CenturyLink. His commitment and expertise left a meaningful impression on his colleagues and the field.
John was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia May Dial; his parents, John and Olga Dial; and his brothers, Jim and Raymond. He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Dial and Eric Dial; his significant other of 30 years, Marie Gronnebek; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought joy to his life.
Outside of his professional achievements, John found fulfillment in life's simple pleasures. He enjoyed playing golf, walking his dogs, high tech audio/video systems and admiring cool cars-pastimes that reflected his appreciation for the everyday beauty of life.
John's memory will be cherished by those who knew him. May his legacy bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.
