Richard "Dick" Ruble Obituary
Richard Owen Ruble, AKA “Dick” and “Papaw”, passed away July 28, 2016. He was born the youngest of three children to Robert and Helen Ruble on July 8, 1937 in Columbus, OH. He was a former senior buyer for oil service company and retired as a nursing home administrator. Dick enjoyed playing golf.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Don and sister Nancy.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Rose Ruble; daughter, Robyn Freeman and husband Steve of Weatherford; sons, Randy Ruble of Scottsdale, AZ, Ron Ruble and wife, Charalene of Round Rock, Rick Ruble and wife Terri of Lubbock; grandchildren, Chance, Chelsea, Heather, Kelsey, Ryan, Michael, Whitney, Brittany; and one great-grandchild, Adelynn.
A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. Friday, August 5 at Galbreaith-Pickard Hilltop Chapel.
