Richard ”Dick” T. Stephon, age 84, passed away on January 6, 2024, in Kalispell, Montana after his battle with cancer.
Richard was born on March 7, 1939, in Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania to his father John Stephen Stephon and mother Frances Madeline Vinanski.
After attending high school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Richard honorably completed a 4-year term with the United States Air Force at Cape Cod. He continued on afterwards, working for STERIS Corporation, working and manufacturing in Erie, Pennsylvania, and later moved to the Flathead Valley to move forward working at Leland Honda in Kalispell, Montana.
Richard enjoyed hunting and horseback riding.
He is survived by his life partner Helen R. Jackson and his son Mark Stephon of Dillon, Montana.
A Memorial Service will be held later in the spring of 2024 so he can be buried with his horse and cat.
