Richard Dimino, 81, of Westwood, MA – a veteran, husband, and caring father – passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Richard was passionate about many things throughout the entirety of his life. In his earlier years, he was an avid runner, which led him to partake in multiple Boston Marathons and several triathlons. He was also an enthusiastic sports fan who watched the Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, and Celtics all win championships during his lifetime. He loved engaging in political conversations (even when he did not agree with the opposite side), watching movies (often making recommendations to his friends and family), eating food (frequently enjoying family get-togethers with Italian or Asian cuisine), and going to the beach (regularly going for long swims in the ocean).
Richard is survived by his wife, Maureen; his children Richard, Maureen, and Anthony; and grandchildren Ares and Veles.
His zest for life will be remembered fondly by his family and friends.
