Richard Lynn "Rick" Eddings

Richard "Rick" Lynn Eddings, a Coalgate resident, was born on February 7, 1955, to Baley Levi and Evelyn Christine (Dudley) Eddings, at Coalgate, Oklahoma. He passed away on November 30, 2023, at his home in Coalgate, Oklahoma, at the age of 68 years, 9 months and 23 days. Rick graduated from Coalgate High School with the Class of 1974. He was a cattle rancher and also a contractor building metal buildings. Rick married Anna Karen Thornhill on August 8, 1998, at Hartshorne, OK. They were blessed with 25 years together. He belonged to the Calvin Baptist Church. Rick was a member of the Pine and Parker Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cattle, wood working, drawing, painting and whittling.
