While not volunteering or participating in his organizations, Richard enjoyed competition Bocce with friends and the multiple teams he belonged to. Richard's passion for the game of Bocce led to the construction of full size court in his back yard. There he would spend free time honing his skills and enjoying the company of family and friends. Mrs E, Gerry, Michelle & family,
Very sorry for your loss, and sorry I could not make the services. I hope you are all doing as well as can be expected. Richard was a great guy with a big heart, and sense of humor, as well as an awesome husband, father, etc. I'll forever remember the old Sunday night teen dances, and talks with Richard at a handful of police retirement parties over the years, He will be sadly missed. My deepest condolences . God Bless !
