Richard Feger Obituary

Richard L. Feger Paris, Ill. - Richard L. Feger, 96, of Paris, Ill., formerly of Monticello, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign-Urbana, with family by his side. He was born on July 2, 1929, the son of the late Carl Feger and Catherine Keibach Feger. He married Beverly Kelly on August 20, 1947, in Peoria. She preceded him in death. They were the loving parents to four children: Rick Feger, Connie Feger, Perry Feger, and Jill Feger-Stidd. Surviving are Perry Feger and son-in-law Stephen Stidd of North Carolina. Richard later met his loving companion of 30 years, Wanda J. Dagley. She preceded him in death in 2020. He was a loving father to Thomas Dagley, Joseph Dagley, and Jean Ann Dagley, and a grandfather to Wil Dagley. Richard was affectionately known as Harv to his family and close friends. Harv was a smart, funny, and caring man, a joy to be around. He was a wonderful and loving father. Harv was a member of the Local #17 Heat and Frost Insulators of Chicago for over 60 years and also a proud member of the United States Marine Corps. He will be missed as he was loved greatly. Private family interment will be held in the Monticello Township Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.mackey-wrightfuneralhome.com.
