Richard (Gino) Gregory, age 51, of Maryville, TN passed away on March 13, 2026. Gino was a member of Foothills Church. He loved and loved serving the Lord. He worked at A Better Way Auto, was a veteran of the United States Army, and has competed in Spartan races. He loved life, the mountains and lived each day to its fullest. Gino loved his family and friends with all his heart, made people happy everywhere he went and never met a stranger. He was a fan of “THE” Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and Tennessee Vol baseball. He was the most amazing man that will be loved and cherished by all who were blessed enough to have ever met him and will be greatly missed.
Preceded by: father, Richard “Gino” Eugene Gregory Sr; daughter, Samantha Gregory; grandson, Samuel Clark; 2 brothers, Josh and Freddy Gregory.
Survivors include: wife, Chasity Leann Gregory; sons and daughters-in-law, Nate Gregory, Aric Campbell (Cameryn), Austin Campbell, Justin Owens, Dustin Cook (Patty); daughters and sons-in-law: Ashbee Gonseth (Allen), Karmyn Campbell, Hailey Cook (Robert); 12 grandchildren; mother, Rita Helen Hippert; brothers and sisters-in-law, Shane Detillion, Matthew Detillion (Jamie), Tommy Detillion (Amy), and Aaron Waddell; sisters and brother-in-law, Sherri Robinson, Kim Baumgardner (Tony), Stephanie England, and Ashley Burnham; mother-in-law, Debra Waddell; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers please make donations to: Smoky Mountain FCA, 721 South Everett High Rd, Maryville, TN, 37804. Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Smith Trinity Chapel.
