Richard Hatch, age 95 years, formerly of South Braintree, died peacefully, Wednesday
November 13, 2024, at Newfield House in Plymouth. He was the loving husband of Julia,
(Lenzi), Hatch, and the son of the late William and Anna, (Duran), Hatch. Born and raised in

in Wakefield, New Hampshire fishing, boating swimming and enjoying joyful moments with
family and dear friends. Richard's career in Civil Engineering brought him to the Boston Gas
Company, (Now National Grid), where he proudly worked for many years until his retirement.
Richard enjoyed golf, coaching his sons in numerous sports and tinkering on projects around
the house. Richard also loved travel and along with his wife Julie, they travelled to wonderful
places including Hawaii, Germany, Italy and the Canadian Rockies but nothing brought him
more joy than spending time with his family.

and his wife Dawnya of Edmond Oklahoma, and Thomas Hatch and his wife Mary of Plymouth;
his Grandchildren, Thomas, Dana, Danny, Molly, Meaghan, Grace, Bridget, Jillian and Jossilyn
and the newest additions to his family, his Great Grandchildren, Amelia and Rory. Richard was also the loving brother of the late William and Buddy Hatch, Mary Clancy and Theresa Healy.
