Rick had a deep love for the outdoors, particularly fishing and hiking. He cherished time spent with his many friends and family, always putting others first. His kind spirit, generosity, and sense of humor will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughter, Holly Hensley, granddaughter, Lily Donohoe, his brother, Brad Hensley (Gen), his father, Gary Hensley, and his mother, Laura Hensley.
A funeral service to honor Rick's life will be held on January 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by a committal service at 11:00 AM at Mountain View Funeral Home & Cemetery, 7900 E Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85207. A reception will follow at a location to be announced.
Rick's memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him.
