Richard Hiser Obituary
Richard Milton Hiser, age 75 of Houston, Texas passed away on July 16, 2017 in Dallas, TX.
Richard was a gifted mechanic who spent most of his professional life working on oil rigs. His work took him to places such as South America, Africa and Madagascar.
Richard and his wife of 35 years, Emma Hiser, resided in Dallas but later relocated to Rowlett. They were foster parents to countless children over the years.
Richard is survived by his wife, Emma, his children, Rick, Bobby, Michael, Ana, Adriana, Cesar and Rocio, his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the Allen Christian Church (351 St Mary Drive, Allen, TX 75002)
