Richard Jenkins Obituary
Born in Ranson, WV, on October 17, 1955, he was the son of the late Emory Lee Jenkins and Anna Estella Jenkins. He was a member of Leetown Southern Baptist Church.
Richard was an avid Redskins fan and loved watching soap operas, especially "The Young and the Restless."
He is survived by two sons, Jeremy W. Jenkins and wife, Alyssa, Shad Jenkins and wife, Andrea; four sisters, Patricia Boyce, Pam Lambert and husband, Carl, Beverly Harder and husband, Scottie, Sr., and Melisa Miller; two brother, Michael Jenkins, Sr. and wife, Mary, Buddy Grove; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two special nephews, Lanie and Michael Jenkins, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews; one step-brother, Tommy Dillow; one step-sister, Patty Shears; step-mother, Susan Jenkins.
Services will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Pastor Bucky Chapman officiating.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 6:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
