Richard will leave many cherished memories to those who survive; his wife of 36 years, Michelle; sons, Gregg (Kelly) Jouver, Jason (Monica) O'Neil, Josh (Crystal) O'Neil, daughter, Becky (Clifton) Kirk; sister, Barbara (Lee) Joyce, brother, Harry Jouver; nieces, Tracy and Dyan; grandchildren, Ailin, Nolan, Clifton, Camden, Jack and Daniel; and his beloved pets Charity, Rascal, and Bandit.
