Rich was born in Lockport, NY November 25, 1963, the son of the late Betty (Alfred) Criswell and the late Robert E. Foster.
He spent many years working at Modern Disposal and retired from NYS DOT. Rich enjoyed spending his time outdoors fishing and hunting.
He will be greatly missed by his wife of 22 years, Carol Kelley, two daughters Anna Kelley and Katie (Missy) Enderby. Grandson Vincent Enderby. Mother-in-law Claudia Enderby, father-in-law late Robert Enderby, sister Sheila (Peter) Bednarz, Brother Ronald (Coleen) Criswell, Sister the late Ronda Criswell, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Sunday, November 23, 2025, from 4-7pm where funeral services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 11am. Burial will be in Wrights Corners Cemetery.
