Richard Nelson Kelly, 71, passed away on January 29, 2024 in Lampasas. He was born in Shelbyville, Kentucky on December 14, 1952 to the late Carl and Ada Shelburn Kelly. Survivors include his daughters, Amber (Robert) Bork, Florida, Amanda (Derrick) Pentz, Texas, two sisters, Mary Ann Wilson, Sharon Kelly, two brothers, Ronald Kelly, Michael Kelly, and his grandchildren, Jeremy Pentz, Zakary Bork, Kaylee Pentz, Lilly-Ann Pentz, Bradley Pentz, Analiese Bork and Amiyah Bork.
Funeral services will be Saturday, February 3, 2024, 10:30 AM, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be prior to the service on Saturday beginning at 9:00 AM. www.clarklegacycenter.com

I worked with Mr Kelley at key packaging for many years and yes we used first names but because of his serious work ethic that I admired and respected I called him Mr Kelley. He is truly missed
