A native of Chicago, Illinois, son of the late Michael and Esther Lytle Kupczak, he was a retired employee of Taylormade Golf.
Surviving are a son, Brandon M. Kupczak (Kerry) of Cumming, Georgia; a daughter, Valerie Kupczak of Greer; a brother, Scott Kupczak of Eagan, Minnesota; one sister, Diane Ingersoll (Randy) of Port Orange, Florida; three grandchildren, Annika Kupczak, Matthew Ross, and Alexis Ross; and former wife, Anita Kupczak.
He was predeceased by two sisters, Carol Ann Casarotto and Judy Pelkin.
