Richard "Dick" Lippert
Arenzville - Richard "Dick" Lippert, 88, of Arenzville, died Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at his home surrounded by family. He was born on July 15, 1937, the son of Harry and Marcella Lippert. Dick married Marcia Kay Wessler on July 20, 1958, and she survives.
In addition to his wife, Dick is survived by his children, Linda (Daniel) Cooper, Richard (Tina) Lippert II; grandchildren, Joshua (Laura) Crews, Marcia (Jason) Kendrick, Justin Crews, Erica Kemple; great-grandchildren, Aiden, Jackson, Gracie, Annie, Johnathon, Olivia, Maili, and Ivan.
He is preceded in death by his siblings, Wilbur (surviving wife Sally) Lippert, Gordon Lippert, Max Lippert, Norman Lippert, Beryl Lippert, Charlene Lippert; and one great-grandchild, Addie Kendrick.
Dick worked many years with the Triopia School District as a custodian. He was also an avid hunter, and fisherman. Dick also loved his family, finding a lot of joy in pestering his great- granddaughters.
A visitation will be held on Friday August 8th, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. at Williamson Funeral Home in Jacksonville. Memorials are suggested to Worship A New/Concordia Seminary or Cass Schuyler Hospice. Williamson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be left online at www.airsman-hires.com.
