Richard Manorowitz Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Family-Funeral & Cremation - Mary Esther on Feb. 4, 2026.
Richard Wayne Manorowitz, affectionately known as "Painter Rich," age 57, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2026, with his sister Corrina and his best friend Tony by his side.
Richard was born on April 17, 1968, in Woodbury, New Jersey, and later made his home in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, where he built a life full of laughter, hard work, and unforgettable memories.
Richard was the kind of person who brought people together. He was famous for hosting Sunday NASCAR watch parties, and you could always find him enjoying football Mondays and Thursdays at Buffalo Reef. He had a reputation for being incredibly lucky - whether it was 99 Rock's Pigskin Classics or at the Casino, luck seemed to follow him wherever he went.
A proud business owner, Richard owned his own painting company and completed extensive contract work for the Four Seasons, earning respect for his skill, reliability, and strong work ethic.
He is survived by his loving siblings, sisters Corrina and Daphne, and brother Jeffery; his children Casey, Cody, and Cory;
many nieces and nephews; and seven cherished grandchildren who adored their Pawpaw.
Richard was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lorraine Craig.
Richard will be remembered for his generous heart, his love of family and friends, and the way he made everyone feel welcome. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the countless lives he touched.
