Richard Marion Obituary
He was born in Woburn, Massachusetts to Bertha Dean and John Marion. He left Woburn to travel across country with his best friend to San Diego to join the Navy.
After the war he stayed in Southern California and raised his seven children.
Richard was a sports enthusiast. He loved football and baseball, and watching his grandchildren play sports. His family and friends were very important to him.
He is survived by: Daughters Deborah Katz, Tish Hardiman, Janice Marion-Sherlock, Susan Murphy and Jan Seekatz, 15 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
In memory of Richard, we are asking friends/family to perform an act of kindness. Please honor Richard by contributing to Benton County Hospice. Thank you.
