Richard Mason Obituary

Richard was born and raised in the Sacramento Valley before moving to Northern Nevada, where he earned his degree in accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno. He then founded Carson Building Supply, which he ran for over 20 years leaving a lasting impact in the Carson, Gardnerville and Reno area.
In addition to building a successful business, Rich was a devoted family man sharing his love of boating, snowmobiling and historic car racing with his family and friends. This love for motorized sports extended throughout his life, continuing to share these moments with his children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories with each exhilarating ride.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 2pm at St. Teresa Of Avila Catholic Church in Carson City. This venue reflects Rich and his wife, Shar's, steadfast commitment and support to St. Teresa over the years.

I am the proud owner of the Corvette Richard bought new. I will cherish it and care for it like he obviously did as it is in immaculate condition. Prayers to the family for your loss. I would love to talk to a family member if they don't mind and find out more about Rich.
