A memorial service will be held on August 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM, at Addy Funeral Home in Newcomerstown. Burial will take place at West Lawn Cemetery.
Richard attended Newcomerstown High School.
Throughout his life, Richard was employed at Garver Brothers and William's Furniture.
Richard served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
In memory of Richard, donations can be made to Aultman Hospice at 2821 Woodlawn Avenue NW, Canton, OH 44708, or to the Newcomerstown Historical Society at PO Box 443, Newcomerstown, OH 43832.
