Richard A. Neuser, age 83, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2025, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls.

He attended Lincoln High school, graduating with the class of 1960, and then went to University of Wisconsin in Manitowoc for two years until he shifted and made a career change when he became an Electrician. He started out at Anderson Electric and then later retired from the City of Manitowoc as an Electrical Inspector in 2010. Richard married Eileen Bonk on September 5, 1964, and together they raised three children. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening, golfing, and working on projects of all kinds. His favorite quote was "Any job, big or small, is worth doing well, or not at all." Richard was a lifetime member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish.

Rich is survived by his wife Eileen; children Gwen Neuser of Arizona, Missy (Joe) Myhers of Osseo, Wisconsin, and Christopher (Michelle) Neuser of Georgia; grandchildren Kailee Baugniet, and Alex, Cory, and Ryan Myhers; great-grandchild Kelodeigh Baugniet; siblings James Neuser of Manitowoc, Roseanne (Thomas) Pagels of Taylorsville, North Carolina, and Suzanne (Thomas) Kuffel of Sturgeon Bay; sisters-in-law Marge Neuser of Manitowoc, Sandy Neuser of Fort Atkinson, and Carol Neuser of Green Bay, Cindy (Raymond) Treffert of Stanley; brother-in-law Al Bonk of Manitowoc. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Rich was preceded in death by his parents Adolph and Agnes Neuser, and his mother and father-in-law, Joanne and Leonard Bonk; his siblings and siblings-in-law Marian (Jerome) Keehan, Rev. Father John Neuser, Paul Neuser, Lawrence (Eileen) Neuser, Kenneth Neuser, Randy Neuser, one baby sister, Judy Neuser, Darlene (Roger) Kurtz, and Peggy Bonk; and son-in-law Ernie Myhers.
