Richard Pavicic Sr., of Oakdale, North Fayette Township, passed away on his 91st birthday, Tuesday, July 8, 2025 in his home.

Richard was born on July 8, 1934 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Sava W. and Mary Popivich Pavicic.

Mr. Pavicic was a proud United States Army Veteran. Later in life, Richard worked as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Services for 20 years. Richard was also a member of Imperial VFW Post 7714.

Surviving is his wife, Joan Morrison Pavicic, children, Barbara Ann Powell and Richard M. Pavicic Jr., grandchildren, Kayla Pavicic, Richard M. (Lora) Pavicic III, Brianna (Todd) Evans, Jeffrey R. Powell, and Damian Parton.

Along with his parents, Richard is preceded in death by his brother, Edward Pavicic.

All arrangements are private and entrusted to Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 305 Main St., Imperial (724-695-2800). A Funeral Service will be held at a later date at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
