Of: Dickson, Tn. Passed Away: Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Centennial Medical Center. He was born in Fresno, California on February 14, 1963, to the late Richard Alvin Phillips and to Bobbye Joyce Herion Phillips. He spent his career in the retail industry and was of the Christian faith.
Visitation: with the family will begin at 12 Noon on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Spann Funeral Home.
Memorial Service: for Richard Phillips will be conducted at 2:00PM on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home.
