Richard Cole "Rick" Plourd

Richard 'Rick' Cole Plourd, 59, a resident of Graham, WA and area Drywall Finisher, died Saturday, January 13, 2024 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA.
Richard was born on July 15, 1964 in Tacoma, WA to Lawrence and Dian (Stuart) Plourd. Rick was raised in Spokane and attended school there. He moved to Everett in his late teens and then to Orting in 1991.
On November 10, 1996, Rick married Karrie Lynn Wojs in Reno, NV. She resides at the family home.
Rick was a drywall finisher and worked on both residential and commercial projects.
He liked sports, gardening and his grandbabies.
Rick is survived by his wife of 27 years, Karrie Plourd of Graham; two sons: Cody (Jacky) Plourd of Monroe, WA and Jon and (Fiancé Jesse Roberts) Plourd of Lacey, WA; a daughter, Kiara (Cory) Bishop of Bonney Lake, WA; his mother, Dian Plourd of Everett, WA; Two brothers: Jim Shelton of Spokane and Lawrence (Roxy) Plourd of Bothell, WA; two sisters: Laurenna Wilkins of Everett, WA and Teenann Lagasse'; Three grandchildren: Lilly, Brooks and Walker.
There will be a time of visitation on Saturday, January 27th from 9-10:30 AM in Fern Hill Funeral Home's Chapel, Aberdeen, WA. Followed by a funeral service at 11 AM in Fern Hill's Chapel. Burial will follow at Fern Hill Cemetery, Aberdeen, WA. A reception will follow the graveside in the Dorothy Mann Reception Hall in Fern Hill Funeral Home.
Arrangements are entrusted to Twibell's Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen, WA.
