Richard "Rick" Whitlow, 56, of Plainfield, passed away on February 2, 2024. He was born on September 21, 1967 in Plainfield, Indiana. Rick was the owner of Joe's Garage/Whitlow's 24 Hour Towing. He liked going to his condo in Port Clinton, Ohio where he enjoyed fishing and boating. Rick loved spending time with his family as often as he could. He attended Christ Church in Plainfield, Indiana. Rick was preceded in death by his father, Terry Whitlow; grandmother, Edna Wood and brother, David Whitlow. Visitation will be Monday, February 12, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Plainfield Christian Church (800 Dan Jones Road, Plainfield, IN, 46168). Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 11:00 am in the church. Burial will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Survivors include his loving wife, Denise Whitlow; daughter, Chelsea (John Boyd) Whitlow; son, Chad Whitlow; step son, Evan (Kelszie) Morgan; step daughters, Samantha (Ethan) Lawrence, Mariann Raff and Shelby (Jonah Pratt) Raff; 5 step grandchildren.
