Richard Rosenberger Obituary Richard Anthony Rosenberger of Pittsburgh passed from this life on October 2, 2025. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Rosenberger. He is survived by his mother, Carol Rosenberger; his siblings Ken Rosenberger, Diane Rosenberger and Terri Allen (Spencer); as well as his nieces and nephews.
Rich will be remembered as a kind, easygoing and quiet soul who found joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved to listen to music and was an avid book reader, often found - even at a bar - reading a book and would often reread his favorite books many times over. Rich loved to watch football, especially the Steelers, which was a love he got from our dad. He enjoyed relaxing with a good beer, the music on and a good laugh.
Rich loved animals and had many dogs and cats over his lifetime. He also cherished the outdoors and in his prime was an intense downhill skier, hiker, climber and camper. He also loved his model train set that completely took up half of his basement, it is quite impressive.
Rich was an observer of life and people, never speaking a harsh word. He really showed his self giving love when our mom suffered a stroke and he faithfully walked to her home every Saturday to care for her and keep her company. His quiet presence and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation Wednesday October 8th from 3-7 PM with a Blessing Service at 6 PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw. Interment to be held privately by family.
