I first met him when I was 23 and visited their house with their host daughter. Since then, I have called them Dad and Mom. It's been 32 years now. I visited their house every Christmas for the 8 years I lived in California. We celebrated the millennium together. It's a precious memory. Dad was a very kind person.
I miss you, Dad.
Love you,
Your daughter Sayuri from Japan

Rick was a very special "big" cousin to me . We were born 13 years apart , when I was growing up he and Judy were married and living in Flint, Michigan. I , along with my younger siblings enjoyed many trips to their home. Matt and I ventured with Rick and Judy from Michigan to Texas ; a trip of which I have many fond memories. As an adult my wife Linda and I shared annual Christmas greeting. We were also able to visit in Florida. Though our visits were far apart , every time I spoke with Rick it was as if we simply picked up where we left off last time. I will miss him greatly,
George Rutherford of Portland , Michigan

I met Rick and Judy when I was 7 years old as part of the Big Brother program. They were both very instrumental in my life and 55 years later I still stay in touch with them and consider them part of my family. Rick and I had a lot of good times and he will be sorely missed.

Love,
Neal
