Richard W. Scheuerman

Richard W. Scheuerman, 69, of Brevard, passed away after a brief illness on August 11, 2022. A native of Waterloo, NY, he was the son of the late Victor E. and Florence Scheuerman.
A man with a wicked sense of humor, he worked in the hardware sales and repair trade for a number of years both in New York as well as in North Carolina. He enjoyed using his talents to help his friends and folks in need. An avid NASCAR fan, he also enjoyed woodworking, fishing and gardening, but his greatest joy was his family.
His loving survivors include his wife Joanne Carney Scheuerman; their children, Peter Joseph Scheuerman, Lee Victor Scheuerman and Stevi Marie Scheuerman; grandchildren Colton Joseph Meany, Paul Thomas Scheuerman and Sarah grace Scheuerman; his sisters Susan Isaacs, and Debbie Scheuerman; and nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service to honor Richard Scheuerman will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 20, 2022 in the chapel of Moore-Blanchard Funerals & Cremations.
