RICHARD BRUCE SEAMAN, 60, of Summerville, SC, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Trident Medical Center, North Charleston, SC. Cremation services were under the direction of Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services, North Charleston, SC.
Mr. Richard Seaman was born December 28, 1964, in Houston, Texas. He spent his childhood running the streets of Oak Forest (if you know, you know) with his brothers and neighborhood friends. Playing football and racing motorcycles were a true passion of his as a kid. He was a jack of all trades and master of many; there wasn't much he could not accomplish with his hands. Richard had a good heart, was loved by all who knew him, and was always quick to help others where he could. Our fond memories of Richard are as a wonderful son, brother, uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, and friend. He was quite the character, and he gave us many great laughs!
He is survived by his brothers & sisters-in-law, Robert E. & Darlene Seaman Jr. of Cypress, TX, Craig & Julie Seaman of Roseville, CA, Christopher & Rebecca Seaman of Summerville, SC, and Benjamen Seaman & Melissa Russell of Magnolia, TX; seven nieces and two nephews, Danielle, Jessica, Saundra, Jordyn, Joel, Isla, Cerys, Dylan, & Brody; two grandnieces and one grandnephew, Samuel, Kaylee, & Alyssa; and numerous relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert "Bob" Sr. and Barbara.
He will forever be in our hearts and will be missed tremendously.
