Richard A. Stevey

Richard A. 'Ricky' Stevey, 59, of Greensburg, died suddenly on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025. He was born Dec. 29, 1965, in Greensburg, a son of the late Albert 'Butch' and Joyce Sompel Stevey. He proudly served eight years in the U.S. Army. Ricky worked for Steve's Auto (1995-2003), TR Trucking (1999-2019), and Murin (2013-2025). He was a dedicated and hardworking employee. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Albert Mike Stevey. Ricky was the devoted and loving husband of Susan R. Stevey for 20 years. He leaves behind five children, Bruce (William Hunter) Hollenbeck, Jackie (Rob) Cowan, Richard (Sarah) Stevey, Matthew Hollenbeck, and Harleigh Hollenbeck. He was a very proud pappy to his little bear, Noah. Together, they would play games, fish, and go bowling. The time they spent together will always be cherished. Also surviving are siblings, Scott Stevey and Naomi 'Crickett' Darazio; six additional grandchildren, Jackson, Jacob, Jayla, Aiden, Colton, and Abbagayle; a niece and several nephews. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, at BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg.
