Richard C. Stuber

Richard C. Stuber, 76, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012. Born in Fort Wayne, Richard was a truck repairman with International Harvester for 30 years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and a lifetime Member of the UAW. Richard coached softball for the FWWSA for over 20 years. Surviving are his wife of 56 years Lois Stuber, sons, Eric (Janet) Stuber and Stephen Stuber all of Fort Wayne, daughters, Robin (Don) Pease and Stacey Butler both of Fort Wayne, and Sheri Schweizer of Lawton, MI, 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brothers, Edward (Jenny) Emenhiser, Daniel (Pamela) Carpenter, and John Stuber all Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his sons, Bryan and Wesley Stuber. Service is 2 p.m. Friday at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with Rev. Russell Dewell officiating, calling 1 hour prior. Calling also 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m Thursday at the funeral home. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens.
