A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM with visitation one hour prior to the service on Monday, September 15, 2025 at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 12650 Johnny Cake Ridge Rd, Apple Valley. A private family interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Richard, please visit our floral store.
