Richard Arthur "Rick" Wagner

Richard "Rick" Arthur Wagner passed away on August 5, 2024, at the age of 71 in his home in Bulverde, Texas. Born on June 28, 1953, in Dallas, Texas, Rick's early life was marked by academic achievement. He graduated from Benjamin Franklin High School in New Orleans, LA, before earning a B.S. and a J.D. from Tulane University.

Rick's professional life was distinguished by his commitment to justice and his sharp legal acumen. His colleagues and clients remember him as a generous and brilliant lawyer with an ever-ready sense of humor.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Rick was deeply committed to his community, regularly volunteering and advocating for those less fortunate. He was a lover of classic rock, an avid reader, and found great joy in the company of family.

Rick is survived by his loving wife, Linda, and their daughters, Meredith, Camille, and Leigha. He was a cherished grandfather to Avery Ardman, Ames Earl Brown V, Violet Brown, Presley Parkerson, and Maverick Parkerson. His sister, Carole Bullock, also survives him. Rick was preceded in death by his parents, Rebecca Sue Lyddy and Arthur Edward Wagner.

Rick's generous spirit, kindness, and dedication to helping others will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
