Richard Gale Wagner, age 84, of North East, passed away on Tuesday August 19, 2025 at Bradford Ecumenical Home.

He was born on July 16th 1941 in North East to the late Kenneth and Lillian (Case) Wagner.

Richard graduated from North East High School in 1959 and was employed at Welch Foods in North East for 46 years until retirement.

He enjoyed short wave radio, country music, and watching westerns.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; half brother, Fred Stafford, and several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his partner, Barbara Geraldine Price; children, Beverly Korn, Douglas Wagner (Lisa), Darcy Skinner (Jerry), and Clint Wagner; also several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service on Saturday September 13th at 11:00 a.m. at North East Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice. Please send condolences to elkinfh.com
