Richard Walker Obituary
Richard A. "Rich" Walker, age 51, passed away at CHI Health Mercy Hospital June 26, 2024.
He was born October 2, 1972, to the late James and Margaret (Nunez) Walker in Omaha, NE. Rich was proud to be the night stock manager at HyVee on West Broadway.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James Walker, Larry Walker, and Michael Walker; nephew, Anthony Walker; bonus brothers, Joe Doty and Kevin Doty; mother-in-law, Truly Chew.
Rich is survived by his wife, Angela Walker; children, Steven (Courtney) Walker, Ricki (Carlos Ventura) Walker, and Trenton Walker; siblings, Patricia Walker, David Walker, and Dennis Walker; grandchildren, Raelyn Walker and Harlen Walker; bonus brothers, Dennis Doty and Craig Doty; sister-in-law, Marlene Nelson; father-in-law, Steven Fichter; other in-laws, Brandi (Doug) Nice, Jeremy (Melissa) Fichter, Stephanie (Richard) Rief, and James (Chelsea) Chew; beloved dog, Marley "Stoney"; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 02, 2024.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. Interment is in Garner Township Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
