Richard Charles Williams, 81 of Holly Hill, Florida, passed away peacefully with his daughters by his side September 15,2025 after 6 weeks of complicated health issues.

Born December 9, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio, Richard was the son of Elmer and Vivian Williams. Richard lived in Ohio for most of his youth, moving to West Virginia in his late 20's, where he started his own lumber business. He eventually moved to Tennessee where he began his successful career as a car salesman. Florida was his final home, where he lived in Ormond Beach, Florida and finally in Holly Hill, Florida.

Richard enjoyed spending time on his motorcycles and he owned one most of his life, enjoying local events like Bike Week and Biketober Fest. Richard also enjoyed boating and camping and had many trips involving both throughout his life. Most recently, Richard had enjoyed singing karaoke with his friends at the Moose Lodge or OB's. He was known as "The Tennessee Whiskey Man" as that was his favorite song to sing.

Richard is survived by his sister Donna Hall, of Ravenna Ohio; daughters Melissa Seli (Brian) and Mindy Dukes of Titusville, Florida, Erica Young of White House, Tennessee; his four grandsons Rylin, Ethan, Keaton and Porter; and four granddaughters Karianne, Madison, Annabelle and Scarlet.
